This meditation has been designed by John for use with Ravenwood's Dynamics of the Recycled Soul Course  published and taught by Past Life Therapist and Tutor Victoria Heath.
 
However, it can be used by anyone who wishes to work with Past Life Exploration and Study.
The meditation is desgined to be short and powerful, getting straight to the point of access, so as to enable effective meditation regardless of the length of session.
